Allthough all our work is fully based on manual and personalised process, following conversations with the clients and years of experience in the profession, we are not afraid of implementing modern technology (3D modeling, digital analysis, AI support), streamlining the process for the benefit of the clients and allows for faster times of delivery of the project and lowering the service fees.
We produce detailed technical drawings and specifications for Building Control, co-ordinating with engineers and consultants
to ensure the design is buildable and compliant. We prepare a clear tender package, manage contractor queries, review quotes, and help
you select the right builder.
We turn your brief into a clear, well-considered design and prepare all drawings and documents needed for planning. We advise on policy, submit
the application, liaise with the local authority, and guide the project smoothly toward approval.
During construction, we carry out regular site inspections, monitor progress and quality, issue instructions, certify payments, and help resolve any issues to ensure the project is delivered on time, on budget, and as designed.
We follow RIBA plan of work to set out a clear and well-organised framework for delivering building projects. By dividing the process into eight defined stages, from initial concept through to completion, it promotes consistency, improves communication between all parties, and supports predictable, high-quality results.
This structured approach helps to effectively control programme, budget, quality, and client expectations throughout the life of a project.
Stage 0 – Strategic Definition
We help you clarify your brief, budget, and overall goals, and advise on whether the project is viable before any design work begins.
Stage 1 – Preparation and Briefing
We develop the project brief, carry out site research, and identify key constraints, risks, and consultant requirements.
Stage 2 – Concept Design
We explore design concepts producing initial drawings and visuals to agree the overall look, feel, cost plan and strategy of the project.
Stage 3 – Spatial Coordination (Developed Design)
We refine the agreed design, coordinate it with structural and building services input and prepare information suitable for a planning application submission.
Stage 4 – Technical Design
We produce detailed technical drawings and specifications so the project can be accurately priced and constructed on site.
Stage 5 – Construction
We support you during the build, reviewing progress, answering contractor queries, and helping ensure the works follow the approved design.
Stage 6 – Handover
We assist with practical completion, address any final issues, and help ensure you receive all necessary information to use and maintain the building.
Stage 7 – In Use We review how the building performs once occupied and gather feedback to help improve future projects.
